Met our son here for an 11 day holiday. We had a lovely time. All staff try so hard to help you often bringing drinks to your table or poolside. Rooms clean and bed changed everyday. Showers not very powerful and difficult to use at peak times. Mohammed front desk very helpful. Mina/Yousif in lobby bar amazing. Food varied and always nice. Ate in three a la carte restaurants all lovely. Only comment on this is kids menu the same which should be different but they can have the adult menu. Entertainment just ok. Have to move from outside to inside and then back again. It would be better to all be in one place so you are at your table for the night. Went snorkling 3 times which was great and reef amazing but a bit strict on this and only able to swim so far before being whistled at but at least they are trying to keep you safe. All in all really enjoyed it and would recommend

The resort was amazing the food and the service were amazing. All thanks to Saber the person responsible for the restaurant. The beach was nice and the drinks also were very good and quite a lot you could pick

No doubt this is a hotel for families. But the animation for children was poor. Nothing at the pool and only one room where children can play was open. In the evening also nothing for children. I think the evening shows were partially scaring for children. The food was good and variable and the cleanliness good. But the best in the hotel is the staff. Everyday friendly smiling and diligent everywhere in the hotel. But one man I have to point out : It is Ahmed Fatem the guy from the Main Pool. The whole day he takes care of the people at the pool and he cleans everything he sees at once. He keeps an eye especially for the kids in the pool So if the animation for the kids will be improved we wind come back.
