I visited this hotel with my family. The guys at the reception were professional and friendly. YOUSAF AHMED the staff at the canteen was very friendly, very welcoming and hardworking. I could see he was going out his way to help everyone and never left one table unclean regardless of whether the manager was present or not..Yousaf was not biased and was equally lovely to all his guests. He made sure we had everything we needed. Also he always cleaned up immediately after someone was finished keeping all the tables clean. EMIL SABRY was amazing. He had approached me on my first day there and gave me so many insights into different activities that I could do while at my stay at the hotel. He was so lovely and looked after me and my family and reassured how safe we were at the resort and during outside activities. SAMA at the lotus bar was very friendly and lovely. Room service boy Saad was very good at origamy and cleaned the room well. Will definitely be visiting again.

Booking my hotel at parotel resort was a best experience. We had a lovely time there and staff were nice. First day met Neil on recptionst who was friendly. Morning went down to breakfast one staff Yusuf Ahmed waiter was so fantastic traeted me and my family as VIP. As our breakfast, lunch and dinner was inclusive and the food was lovely. YOUSEf AHMED would go around all the tables including ours ensuring everthing was fine. He works extremly hard and dedicated to his work. He would make us tea and drink every 7 days we stayed. He was so welcoming to us which appreciate. He goes beyond his work. The food was lovely the resort was lovely will be comming back . again with family.
