We have just arrived back from a week at this complex. I went with an open mind after reading previous reviews. The bungalows were nice and big and clean and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. The food is average some nights better than others but it is cheap food and just your typical cheap all inclusive. The hotel itself is let down by the need for some urgent repair work. The swimming pool is badly damaged with tiles missing and my husband badly cut his leg on the sharp broken tiles. The swimming pool is murky and dirty and one day a child had pooed in the pool and all they did was fish it out and let people carry on swimming in the pool. After this we never went near the pool again we got the free bus to the beach which is lovely and miles better than the pool. The entertainment is awful only seen two shows from outside in the week we were there the rest was awful music just been played loudly. There is so much potential for this complex they have a large bar which is closed and the only place to sit is round the pool bar and it’s cramped and not enough space to move. The lift is broken so disabled people have to walk right round the complex to access the restaurant. I enjoyed my week away but would not use this complex again there are better ones out there and I also felt that the amount we paid for the holiday was way too expensive for what we got in return.

our stay was very good from start to finish Nina at front reception was very good.the apartments were spacious clean and air conditioned. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. cleaners came around every day food was brilliant and plenty of choice.

We had a great stay here! :-) Perfect hotel service, very good restaurant. During one week we were exploring Lanzarote with rented car and it was amazing! :-) Highly recomend rent a car a travel there.
