Just returned from Side, 3rd time, and I never get bored of this beautiful place. We stayed at the Side Crown Serenity, it’s not actually in Side so people should be aware of this. It’s about 20 mins on the dolmas which is €2 and it’s directly outside so very easy. This was perfect for us as we like to get out and explore. The hotel is lovely, staff are fantastic, really can’t do enough for you. Rooms were comfortable, (3007) we had ground floor with small terrace. Was overlooking pool area but due to the amount of plants outside it was obscured, we quite liked that but others might not! Big thanks to lovely lady in guest relations who sorted out a late check out for us due to our flight being changed to very late night one! Much appreciated. The hotel is spotless, food and drinks plentiful, you won’t go hungry or thirsty, always something on offer. Wifi is not great, but worked in main bar area and room, and wherever you go in the bars and restaurant they are always happy to connect you so communication isn’t an issue really. Definalty recommend the Side museum and amphitheater, so amazing to see all the artefacts, and it’s only about £6 to get in both. Shopping is amazing if you like a good ‘fake’!

We have just returned from a fantastic week away and we can’t fault the hotel in any way at all. We had a lovely pool facing quiet double room on the second floor, with two fridges with were stocked daily, a large balcony and two tv’s. The food was great and plentiful, drinks served from 10am- midnight and included a selection of cocktails too. Beach was a short bus ride from the hotel which runs every 15 minutes, the beach bar and restaurant served a wide selection of snacks and drinks. The beach was real sandy and had plenty of sun beds. All the staff we met were professional and polite. The pool was cleaned daily and a really nice area to be around. Two pool bars and a snack bar too. We had a fantastic holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return. 5*

Don't take any notice of the bad reviews. We had a lovely room overlooking the main pool, cleaned very well everyday. The whole property was very clean and you always saw staff cleaning all the time. The staff were lovely as was the service. Good selection of food in the buffet restaurant. The main pool was fantastic for swimming everyday and you could always get a sunbed. We would definitely return. Very good value for money.
