We (two adults and two boys ) the most amazing time at this hotel! The attention to detail from the check in to check out is planned to make your stay as fantastic as possible - nothing is too much trouble. Not only were they attentive and great fun but also engaging, making our experience all the better. There are too many to mention but special shout out to the staff at the sports complex where our boys played football everyday and also Natalia for ensuring we had a fabulous stay. The hotel itself is really beautiful. Extremely clean and even though the hotel was full did not feel busy or cramped. There was plenty of space round the many pools too. The choice of restaurants and the quality of food was second to none, we never had a bad meal. A previous review said that each meal was like you were dining out and I would agree with that. We can’t wait for our next visit!

We have just returned from the most amazing weeks break !! With our dear fiends and NO Kids in a deluxe villa with pool . We were assigned the lovely Dennis to look after us throughout our stay via WhatsApp and face to face contact . He looked after our every whim immediately and with great humour . The staff made this holiday completely for us , the deluxe pool bar was our favourite with Dafne and her crew were not only attentive and great fun but engaged with us and made our experience all the better . Can’t wait to return .
