We have stayed in Vilamoura numerous times but never here before. We will return. We had a great holiday and were very impressed with what the Crowne Plaza offers. Our room was excellent. It had plenty of space, the bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. The bathroom was spacious with a good sized shower. The pool area was very clean and there was lots of space in the large pool (maybe because the water was cold). The attendants were very good at sorting towels and parasols and the pool bar served drinks and food efficiently. The reception staff were excellent and very friendly. The major difference between this and other local hotels was the breakfast. The choice of hot and cold meals was magnificent. There was plenty of seating space and lots of staff working away quietly. The only thing to spoil it was the noisy groups of golfers who insisted on shouting across several tables thinking they were separated from their friends by a whole fairway.

Great hotel, great staff, great location. Cannot fault it.

We have just enjoyed a 6 night stay at the hotel and were well aware of the building works next door as we were here in May, so expected a bit of noise. This was drowned out by a group of gob-sh**** with very limited vocabularies. CP please consider this when booking large groups. Great hotel, great staff and looking forward to our next visit.

Not sure it’s a 5 star but a good 4 all the same. Rooms very clean and breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Service at the bar in the evenings when busy was at points chaotic, however staff very friendly overall. Local area has all the restaurants you could want!
