Maria the receptionist had rudely woken us up on our 2nd day of the holiday due to the floor needing to be replaced. Maria had broken privacy rules as she had entered our room without permission and was stood standing at the foot of my bed shouting “shouting hurry up, get up girls, get up”. I left so unsafe as it was dark and all I could see was a figure at the foot of my bed while I could also hear mens voices just outside my door (which she left open while shouting at us to wake up). Maria could’ve gone about the situation in such a different manner, been kinder and understandable that it is still early morning and we might still be sleeping. A phone call or a knock at the door would’ve woken us up perfectly fine. The floor needing to have renovations is something that would’ve needed to be pre-arranged so we should of been warned about this and told ahead of time. If you are a group of young girls please do not stay here! We were treated like rubbish by Maria and taken advantage of purely because we were clearly a group of young girls on our first holiday today.

what can I say about this hotel ,if was advertised as a family hotel but far from it so beware. we got here and it was full of 18 to 20 year olds.The restaurant,pool bar had loud music playing from 10.30am till 1.30am in the morning and there was no quiet areas to relax in. I asked the receptionist about this and the lady said" this is laganus what do you expect". I appreciate the area was busy for younger people but we where situated in a supposed quiet area as advertised. we had a situation where a group of lads where smoking joints around the pool and a family confronted them and just got disgusting abuse.the hotel did nothing about the situation.we made the most of the holiday by spending time away from the hotel .we were glad to leave the hotel by the end.

Took a deposit and said we never paid it even though it’s compulsory to get in to your room. When questioned they treated us like dirt and got angry with us. Really poor services. Not impressed with the staff one bit.
