It’s nothing good to say about this hotel, and I totally NOT RECOMMEND to stay here (and I suppose in the other hotels of this chain). Quality of rooms: - dirty (hairs everywhere); - equipment as old as you grandpa; - staff unfriendly; - quality of food in restaurant is like my pig deserve better; - and even with this quality of meals - they do not allowed me have lunch on check in date (they through tons of food into garbage).

I had bad experience with the reception staff, their attitude was not respectful at all The only thing important for the hotel is money and the service is not value for money The food was horrible, not tasty at all and missed up A life guard at the aqua park was so rude! Yelling at us at the pool to give him a float! Very disrespectful way to treat guests! An experience I will NEVER repeat again

Hotel to be avoided at any cost

A very bad and dirty hotel, we arrived at hotel around 3 pm it took us 2 hours to get our room and room was not as per booking and hotel's staff forced us ro pay 150 Euros extra for a child of 2 years and 11 months because he is more than 2 years old. We changed 3 roooms to get our desired room, all the rooms were dirty and bathrooms were smelling bad there are cracks in the floors and walls. Beds and mattresses are in extremely bad shape. Food was pathetic. Swimming pools are good and available for all age groups but unfortunately closes at 5pm. Sea view from balcony is scenic. All the staff was very rude. On the whole it was a very bad experience to stay in that hotel and I would not suggest anybody to stay in this hotel. It is far from 5 star rather I would give it 0 star. This hotel is a total disappointment. To be avoided at any cost.
