The town centre with its many bars, restaurants and nightlife venues is roughly 10 km away. Links to the public transport network lie in front of the hotel. The complex features a wonderful swimming pool area where visitors will have best sunny day they could ever ask for. If they prefer, they are able to work out in the gym or relax on the sun terrace. My wife and I returned for our 8th visit all inclusive 21-28 September 2022 and were greeted by Marina Maurer of Guest Services who has been there during all our stays. Marina has kindly looked after my family from when my 2 girls were here with us as teenagers. Years later they now comeback with their own partners, they love it so much. The main reason is the quality and variety of food particularly in the speciality restaurants like the Italian, Asian, Mexican among others. As a Silver Level Member on the My Bahia Principe App it entitles you to further discounts at the Hotel. The Staff at the Hotel are very pleasant and helpful and the Reps this year were very professional in the evening variety acts. All Entertainment/singers and performers this year were generally better than last year. I took part in stretching, Pilates and aqua spin. ***We will be back in 2023***

We visited the hotel during the middle week of October and had an enjoyable week however there were many aspects of the holiday that let it down. The food in particular isn't great it's definitely not 4 star. We visited the Italian restaurant one night during the holiday and I was served a vegetarian lasagne that was off and sour. When I informed the waiter about this he laughed which I thought was a strange reaction. I wasn't given the option of anything else and left without eating. We visited the paid Indian on site twice during our stay and thought it was extremely good value at 12.95 for 3 courses and we all enjoyed it. The Asian restaurant was also very enjoyable and nothing like the buffet or Italian. The hotel itself is immaculate and kept clean to a high standard however it is very tired and could do with some money being spent on it. The sunbed situation is quite honestly tragic if you don't drag yourself out of bed before 8am the chances are you won't be getting a sunbed! Not ideal for a holiday!! The kids club staff were fantastic with our daughter although she's only 2 she was able to join in with me there whenever she wanted. I found that the reception staff could be more helpful when checking in also, we were pretty much told where our room was and that was it. We were then left to carry all our luggage up to our room with along with a pram and a tired 2 year old. So many of the aspects that let this hotel down could be improved easily. Overall we had a nice holiday however we certainly wouldn't be going back to this hotel.

Great Relaxing Holiday in Tenerife

Great holiday at Bahia Principe Sunlight Costa Adeje in Tenerife, All Inclusive, lovely location, not too lively, so was a relaxing holiday. The cleaning staff are amazing. They was always cleaning the hotel non stop. The service in buffet restaurant were great, always asking if you wanted a drink refill and were non stop cleaning the tables. The bar staff were also on the move all the time and happy to get you a refill The location is away from alot of things however a free bus goes from the hotel. There are shops and pharmacy and everything you may need within the hotel shops. Was Gala night on Thursday night, lovely night. It was very easy to get a cab from the reception, I would recommend this hotel definitely and will be coming back
